Sorry for the confusion there about who has bone cancer! I agree, that it is not the best thing to be training and breaking in horses if you have bone cancer at such a sever stage. I would try to urge that person to not be breaking in a horse because they can hurt themselves. Bone cancer can cause brittle bones that are very weak. If this person happens to fall or hurt themselves, there bones will not be very strong and it is possible they could break.
If this person has a friend or knows someone who can help break in the horse, that would be better. They could still enjoy watching the horse be trained, but would not be at high risk.
