Hi Anon - If a doctor asks if you are sexually active, they are asking from a medical perspective and may also want to discuss birth control options. It's the same as a radiologist asking if you could be pregnant before doing an x-ray, they want to take the best precautions for your health. The answer to the question is technically no, you are not sexually active, as sperm must enter the vagina in order to get pregnant and that doesn't happen during dry humping. If you think you may be headed toward progressing beyond dry humping then you may want to share that with your doctor and discuss birth control.
