I am so glad that you turned to the EmpowHER community to get answers about your situation! Since you have both ovaries and still 1 tube, you can still get pregnant...so the good news is that there is a chance you could be pregnant.
The light pink spotting could just be irregular bleeding or it could be implantation bleeding. Since your period is due tomorrow, if you took a home pregnancy test today, it would most likely give you an accurate result. If you were pregnant that would explain the sore breasts and cramping.
If I were you, I would go to the drug store and buy a two pack of tests. Take one tonight and one in the morning (you will get the best result when taking one in the am).
If you are not pregnant, then I would say it is just an irregular period. If you ARE pregnant, call your OB right away and let him or her know and express your concerns about your previous ectopic pregnancy.
Anon, will you take a test tonight and let me know the results?
