I don't think you have anything to really worry about! The bloating, nausea, fatigue, and loss of appetite sounds like symptoms of getting your period. If both tests came back negative, I am sure you are out of the woods for being pregnant especially since your fiancé had a vasectomy.
I think you are going to be ok if you wait to see your doctor unless any unusual symptoms pop up such as severe bleeding or sever pain. If that happens, then I would call your doctor and request that they squeeze you in sooner.
