The 1.5 grains is how armour thyroid is dosed, its non synthetic. My tsh was high at 114.4, my t3 t4 level was 3.75. I have faxed results to my Dr waiting for reply. Live in Illinois, feel like crap always, gonna try and see an endocrinologist.
