It sounds like you've been through a lot and your concern is understandable. While we can't determine if you have had a miscarriage or not, we can tell you the signs of one include mild to severe cramps, back pain, white-pink mucus, passing tissue or clot-like material and sometimes nausea and vomiting.
There's no way to stop a miscarriage from happening once it's started. Since you have had some severe pain it is really important to contact your doctor. If you are having a miscarriage it is vital to be treated to prevent possible hemorrhaging and/or infection.
