It seems like selfies are everywhere today, doesn't it? I think they are fun and often give us insights into people's personalities. In a world that too often these days is filled with bad news it's good when people can have a light moment and share a shot of themselves having some fun.
And yes, some people use them as vanity portraits, which does get old. I would rather see people using them to capture a short slice of a well rounded life.
