I especially appreciate that you pointed out that just having a mammogram, and getting clear results, is not some type of a guarantee that you don't have or won't get breast cancer. As women we need to be aware of our bodies and do regular, scheduled self-exams.
I am fortunate that my breast cancer was found during a breast exam which was included in a very thorough new employee physical. I then had my first mammogram. I was 35 which was considered "too young" for both a mammogram and for having breast cancer. Thanks to that exam, as well as early detection and treatment, I am still here today.
