Hi Anon and thanks for your question.

Leukorrhea is the medical term for a vaginal discharge that is common during pregnancy as well as at other times. It is usually white, and is described as mild-smelling. An infection may be indicated when this is greenish or yellowish and has a foul odor.

Did you have a physical exam in addition to the urine test? Do you have any other symptoms such as itching, burning, irritation or discharge?

If the odor is coming from your genitalia and not your urine, It could indicate that you have some kind of infection and you may want to follow up with your doctor.

If you are healthy, and the odor is natural, then you may want to look into some of the feminine washing products on the market or use a home remedy such as mixing about six ounces of water with a couple of drops of tea tree oil. The oil is antibacterial and anti-fungal, and helps remove bacteria that contribute to vaginal odor.

Hope that's helpful,

Pam
