I also have this skin condition and noticed a huge correlation between my diet and when it comes back. Eating bread and feeding the yeast in my body (beer, dairy, sugar, etc) seems to make my skin look terrible and the PR comes back. I went to the Dermatilogist and was diagnosed with PR and prescribed expensive skin creams, but diet alone seems to make it go away or come back. It seems to be internal for me. Sweating and exercise actually helps it go away and gets it out internally for me personally. I've had it for about three years but when I'm taking better care of myself, eating well, and avoiding yeast it goes away. Hope this helps.
