The throwing up, nausea and tiredness are all signs of pregnancy, but I am really concerned when you tell me about your vision going white and getting dizzy. You definitely need to get that checked out, especially if you are going to be caring for a young child and this can be dangerous if you are picking her up, driving a car etc.
The dizziness can be may things, but some of the common reasons are high or low blood pressure, low blood sugar or dehydration, but not really considered a symptom of pregnancy.
Can you make an appointment to see your doctor ASAP?
