Do you have a complete copy of your lab report? Most reports will include what's known as a "reference range" which is the normal range found in the average person's test results. When an area that the blood test measures is out of the normal range it will be indicated by the word "High" or an H, or "Low" or an "L. If you do not have the full report you should be able to contact the lab where you were tested and get a copy.
A good website which provides helpful information for understanding what is being tested, and why, is the nonprofit site labtestsonline.org. Here is the link to their page for thalassemia.
In terms of interpreting your results in regard to your personal health you will need to work with your medical provider as we are not able to provide medical advice.
