It is highly unlikely that your tubes became "untied" however there are sometimes failures. If you strongly think you may be pregnant then you should take a pregnancy test as soon as possible. Women who have had tubal ligations are at high risk for an ectopic pregnancy, which is a life-threatening condition and needs immediate medical attention.
If your regular doctor can't see you for two months then find out who else is available and get an appointment. Given the symptoms you've described you should really see a doctor whether you are pregnant or not, and get to the bottom of what's causing your symptoms and your discomfort.
