You certainly have some early pregnancy symptoms, so taking a pregnancy test today would definitely give you an accurate answer since your period is due tomorrow.
If you aren't pregnant, I would schedule an appointment with your doctor to discuss the pressure in lower abdomen, headaches and backache pressure where legs connect to pelvic area and slight cramps that you mentioned earlier.
If you are not pregnant and your tummy still feels heavy, it's a good idea to see the doctor.
