Thank you for joining the EmpowHER community and for sharing your question. Any time you have unprotected sex, you risk pregnancy. Pre-come (pre-ejaculatory fluid) is the few drops of fluid that men have on their penis at the moment of erection. This usually does not contain sperm. Any fluid that comes out of a man's penis after this few drops is actually ejaculatory fluid and that does contain sperm. If he is not using a condom and you are having sex, you most certainly can get pregnant.
I suggest that you see your doctor and get started back on birth control and use a condom if you don't want to get pregnant.
