It's really unfortunate for those of us who have to live with allergies-thank modern day medicine for providing us options to manage the condition and symptoms!
Allergies can affect people in different ways from a slight sniffle to not being able to breath thus inducing life threatening reactions. Why is it worse for one and not the other? It boils down to our immune systems.
The connection between "having allergies" is the relationship between the immune system and how it responds to allergens. In respect to seasonal allergies, the allergen is considered one or more of the proteins in a pollen. The immune system will follow a pattern when it encounters the proteins, thus why allergies continue or tend to get worse before better.
