Thank you for sharing your question. I am guessing that the symptoms that you are having are still from taking PlanB. The hormones are such a high dose and it could take 2-3 cycles to feel fully normal again.
At this point though, there's no better peace of mind then to call your doctor.
Pelvic pain could be the sign of a bacterial infection and in the event there is something else going on, you don't want to risk letting it go untreated.
