I know it's hard waiting and wanting to know if you are pregnant or not. When is your period due? You can take a hpt as early as 5 days before a missed period.
It sounds to me like you have a lot of early pregnancy symptoms. Your doctor could do and exam and blood test to know immediately if you are pregnant if you are too anxious to wait.
Unfortunately, I cannot tell you over the internet if you are pregnant-only your doctor can do that or a hpt. Do you think you will call your doctor or wait for your period?
It might be a good idea to call your doctor, you could have an infection if it is not pregnancy related.
