In your case, you took birth control pills consistently every day, you used a condom, then you took plan b within 24 hours of having sex. Using all these precessions is a sure way to prevent pregnancy and it would be impossible for you to get pregnant after using all 3 methods of contraception.
You should still have a regular period while taking the sugar pills as usual. You can take a pregnancy test after completely the sugar pills and your period if you really want to. It will most likely be negative.
