What concerns me the most is that the pain is not concentrated in one area. This implies that the cause may be something other than the bones themselves. Obviously taking pain medicine will not cure your pain, nor help you in the long run.
Therefore, the best thing for you to do is see your doctor. You may need to get a CAT scan or MRI, depending on put your doctor thinks is best.
In order for me to give you me detailed advice however, I will need more information. How long have you have the pain? Have you recently experienced a collision accident such as a car crash, or accident while skiing, something of that nature? Do you have any physical conditions that you know of that could be correlated with this pain?
