Ok, lets start with dust and dander first!

There is no known cure for dust or dander allergies, however, you CAN control your environment to some extent to prevent having symptoms.  First: clean clean clean!  Dusting, and vacuuming on a regular basis is vital.  Wash all your bedding once a week with hot water.  Any other fabrics in the house that hold dust or dander should be washed on a regular basis as well, such as curtains.  Air fresheners are great for clearly the air of dust in your home.  It is also portable enough to take on trips if need be.

Seasonal allergies can be remedies by herbal supplements such as Butterbur, Quercetin, Stinging nettle, and Bromelian.  These are just a few but they are very effective.

You may want to explore Acupressure which is a treatment that I personally found immediate and long lastly relief for my extensive allergies.  It is non-invasive, easy, and you see immediate improvement and sometimes even complete elimination of an allergy.

I hope you found these tips helpful.  Let us know if you have any more questions.
