Hello,
I am so sorry. I am getting as frustrated as you because I responded to this question this morning and for some reason my response cannot be seen. Allow me to try again, and hopefully my response will get to you this time.

You have made some good connections here. You could very well have Mycoplasma genitalium because it is connected to immune deficiency and Hashimoto's Thyroiditis is linked back to the immunity. However, you could simply have a yeast infection. Either way I suggest you see a GYN doctor because they would be able to tell you the difference.

Keep in mind that doctors (as harsh as it sounds) want to spend as little time and money on each patient as possible. Unless its absolutely necessary they would rather not test you for anything complicated. When you visit to GYN doctor they will most like say you have a yeast infection give you a pill, and send you out the door. But do not settle for this is you want to be tested for Mycoplasma hominis, Mycoplasma genitalium, or Ureaplasma urealyticum. Take the liberty to demand exactly want you want.

It is also important to note the thyroid directly effectives the hormones that control your menstrual cycle. Thus you need to stay informed on how Hashimoto's Thyroiditis is effecting your hormones levels by having them checked on a regular basis. Hormonal imbalances can also be causing the pain you're having in your vaginal area.
I hope this has been helpful. And I hope you get my response this time!
Faith
