Stress cannot cause cancer. The National Cancer Institute explains that psychological stress alone has not been found to cause cancer, but psychological stress that lasts a long time may affect a person’s overall health and ability to cope with cancer after one has it.
Anon, it's always best to keep stress at a minimum, especially for your overall health.
