I don't think it is implantation bleeding as that only lasts a couple of hours and then goes away. Since you have been spotting for 2-3 days, it's very unlikely that it is implantation bleeding.
I doubt that you are pregnant, but taking a pregnancy test will ease your mind. Your body is probably just adjusting to the change in birth control. I am sure you are just fine-but a test will tell for sure.
Try not to freak out, irregular periods is a normal side effect after stopping birth control.
