Thanks a lot for sharing this. I'm very excited to undergo my breast augmentation surgery ( http://www.mcleanclinic.com/breast/breast-augmentation/ ) that has been scheduled on 25th September. I have been going through several blogs by which I could know what is actually the procedure that I'm going to have. I have already asked my surgeon and he has given a clear picture but still I'm very excited to know more about it. Anyway, thanks for sharing the long term and short term risks, I will definitely keep these in mind.
