Thank you for sharing your question. I believe you have acquired incorrect information about Depo-Provera.
This shot should be taken 1 time during the first 5 days of your period and will be 99% effective at preventing pregnancy for 3 months.
You do not take 2 shots in 1 day. And it stops pregnancy, it does not help you conceive.
Since you did not take the shot during the first 5 days of your period, the shot will not be as effective in preventing pregnancy.
If you are talking about a different shot then you will need to write out the full name in order for me to give you better advice.
