Infertility refers to a person who is sexually active (without protection) for more than a year, without pregnancy. From what you have described, you may fit into that category. HOWEVER, the body changes a great deal through adolescence years. When you are ready to have a baby, your reproductive system will be much more mature than at present.
Since you are under 18, you will most likely need a parent or guardian to sign for you. However, any testing you have now will not necessarily be relevant by the time you are actually ready to have a baby.
So, I suggest that you wait it out. For now, simply allow your body to mature.
