Hi Anon,

Thank you for sharing your question with the EmpowHER.

If you had protected sex, then pregnancy is not the culprit.  Is your protected sex method withdrawel?  If that is the case then, you could be and should take a pregnancy test to be sure.

If you find that you are not pregnant, it could be that your hormones are imbalanced (for a number of reasons), causing your menstrual cycle to change.
