You are correct. There is no possibility of pregnancy because the condom did not break and come off.
You cannot expect your period to be predictable at this point. You need to allow a few months after you stop taking the shot for your period to return to normal. It is not necessarily a sign of pregnancy to have irregular or missed periods. There are many other reasons besides pregnancy such as hormonal imbalances which you are definitely experiencing right now.
You are also correct that you can experience pregnancy "like" symptoms when coming off of the pill. You can also induce pregnancy like symptoms through stress of believing you are pregnant. So it is best to relax and allow much more time for your body to normalize.
