Postinor is only one tablet that you must take within 72 hours after having sex.
Postinor 2 is 2 tablets. One should be taken directly after having sex or as soon as possible. The other should be taken 24 hours later.
I am not sure why you only had one, or which kind of positron you took. But I can tell you that if you took Postinor 2, the second pill needs to be taken no later than 24 hours after the first or it will not be affective. And it needs to be the correct pill.
