Thinking about my cycle it went from 5 days to 3 days last year. When I had just started my menstrual cycle it was 5 days. 3 days of heavy to moderate bleeding and two days of light bleeding. The. Last year it went to two days of heavy bleeding, the 3rd day moderate and by the fourth my period is practically over. I dunno I that change is something to be concerned about. Also I noticed some mild hair loss that started last February and still continues. It's not severe and I be been using vitamins but it doesn't seem to help. Thought these things might help with you understanding a bit more.
