There is no possibility of pregnancy from this. The only way to become pregnant is if a male ejaculates into your vagina during penetration.
Often times, women can induce pregnancy symptoms when she believes that she is pregnant.
You are not pregnant however. And also the symptoms you are having are no cause for alarm.
Vaginal discharge is not a sign of pregnancy and can happen at any time. Vaginal discharge is the natural way the vagina cleans itself. It is a perfectly healthy and normal bodily function. Cramping and tender breasts usually happen before your period. These symptoms can occur even without your period coming. This can happen when the body does not have the hormonal balance to have a period or when you are under stress. Or, when you convince yourself you are pregnant, your body creates pregnancy-like symptoms.
