The normal side effect of emergency contraceptions are a disrupted period.
She cannot to pregnant because you did not ejaculate. No one will be able to tell you when she will have a period. She may not have one at all until next month. Some women don't have their period for months and it perfectly fine.
It is not important for her to have a regular period unless she wants to get pregnant or she has unusual symptoms which point to a serious problem.
So there is no further action to take and you do not have to worry. Her period is off because of the EC and she is not pregnant.
