There is no risk of pregnancy in any of these scenarios. Sperm cannot survive under those conditions or travel from the outside of the body into the vagina. Even if you took semen and place it in the outside of the vagina it would not cause pregnancy because it is not how the science works.
In order for her to become pregnant you must ejaculate directly into her vagina during penetration. Then there is a chance that the sperm can swim past the cervix and fertilize an egg.
So, no need to worry. Pregnancy is not a possibility.
