I'd love to give you some advice on the matter.
First of all, you are not pregnant because you are taking birth control, and you have had 3 regular periods since you had intercourse.
Prolonged bleeding while on birth control usually means that the dosage of hormones in Trinessa is not right for you. I suggest that you do see your OBGYN doctor to discuss maybe switching to another kind of birth control that better would work better for you.
Also, since you have had problems with your cervix in the past it would be prudent to have it checked again to see if there are any lingering problems.
