I'd love to give you advice on the matter.
Pain during urination is the main symptom of a urinary tract infection. So she most likely does have UTI. If she continues to have trouble she can see a gynecologist or even go to Planned Parenthood to receive treatment and a pap smear to check for other possible causes.
Her abdominal pain could have, very likely, been from the food. McDonalds is not exactly the most nutritious meal. It does not signify anything dangerous and it probably not related to the infection.
These symptoms are not from pregnancy.
