She is actually crying right now, the pain is so intense, she says that she has back pains, lower abdomen pains and she still has trouble on peeing. The pain she described is as of 10 times the pain of a normal abdomen cramp during menstruation. The pain is causing her really a hard time right now. The pain only has been like this since yesterday, was is this? What's causing this? Please help asap. She can't even sleep because of the pain, she really is struggling so you could imagine the gravity of the pain that she's experiencing right now.
Is this some kind of std or what? She can't do any physical thing because of the pain.
