The ONLY way you can become pregnant is if your boyfriend ejaculates directly into your vagina during penetration.
Even if there was some sperm on his hand, it cannot survive, and make you pregnant. It is simply not how the science works.
If you worry about pregnancy even without having sex, then maybe you are not ready to be sexually involved.
