Pregnancy is most likely not the cause because of all negative pregnancy tests.
You could very possibly be experiencing Pre-menopause issues.
Since you symptoms are not uncommon or severe it is probably something simple such as hormonal changes, even if it isn't premenopausal.
For now, there is no further action to take until you see your doctor. I strongly suggest that you have a pelvic exam. You may also want to be checked for ovarian cysts which can change your menstrual cycle.
If you do have any severe symptoms such as debilitating cramps, vomiting, faintness etc, you should go to the ER.
