The possibility of pregnancy is directly related to when you had sex and whether or not your used birth control of some kind.
If you had unprotected sex after your last period then you could have conceived. If you had sex before your last period, then you are not pregnant and the irregular bleeding is related another issue. The cyst could be causing the irregular bleeding or simply hormonal imbalances.
If you have not had the cyst check in a while, you should see you doctor.
