There are a few questions that need to be answered in order to know the cause.
If you just came off your period then this is normal aftermath that can happen from the impact on the cervix.
On the other hand if you were having sex for the first time or have not had sex in a long time, then it could be caused from friction of not being well lubricated.
If neither of these apply to you then there could be something more serious going on, such as injury to uterine lining; and you should see a doctor if it continues.
