If your period is expected next week then you need to wait until them to know whether or not it is irregular in some way. You must wait until after a missed or irregular period from the pregnant test results to be accurate.
So, in two weeks from now if you still have not seen your period, you can take another pregnant test.
If the test is negative and you continue to get cramps without bleeding your need to see a gynecologist.
