It is common in adolescent years because your hormones are still adjusting and changing. Missing a period is a sign of pregnancy, however since all the pregnancy tests are negative, it is probably not due to pregnancy.
Condoms are available to everyone over-the-counter, so next time be sure to use a condom.
It is not necessary to have a regular period unless you are trying to become pregnant or you have very severe symptoms such as debilitating cramps which indicate something more dangerous going on.
So for now you do not need to worry about pregnancy unless the pregnancy test is positive. And you do not need to see a gynecologist unless you have severe symptoms.
