Since you posted this question almost 18 hours ago, I'm hoping you were able to get it out by now.
If not, here is what you need to do.
Start by relaxing your body. Your groin/vaginal area is made of muscles so contracting them under stress will add to the problem. So first relax. Then, while you pull, use your pelvic muscles to push. It may be uncomfortable/painful but you need to either do it yourself, your see a doctor.
