Hi Laura! I know this post is a few months old so who knows if you'll even see it, but I wanted to reply. I totally know how you feel. I just caught my husband masturbating this morning. He usually has the house to himself in the early mornings while the kids and I are asleep. (He gets up early for work). This morning I had to go pee. I came into the living room to say Goodbye, and caught him standing in the dining room with his pants down, wiping up his mess. I think what bothers me the most is this: he was doing it out in the open. Our children could've walked out and saw him. And 2nd, he had his phone out, as if he was looking a porn or something. That part is completely inexcusable to me. I get that mastrbating is normal, and it shouldn't upset me, but it does. You're not alone Laura. As much as it's a very normal part of life, I just can't help that it bothers me...
Did you ask for any details? Do you know how often he does it? Or whether or not he uses porn to assist? I think that plays a part...
