The little bumps on nipples are called Montgomery glands or areolar skin glands. They are normal. You may also notice a white substance come out of the bumps when squeezed. Their purpose is generally unknown but can well improve breastfeeding.
The bumps can be white, brown or have a brown dot on top as you see. This is all normal.
As far the cut you received, it will heal. Just keep the area clean and give it time.
