It could be a cyst or swollen lymph node. If you can, you should see a doctor, especially if it becomes painful, or grows larger.
Cysts are often benign which do not been to be treated. But they can also be associated with breast cancer or other cancers as well. Swollen lymph nodes, if caused by infection or allergies can be treatment if necessary.
I highly suggest that you drink a lot of water and sweat in a good workout or sauna, each day for the next few days. If it is your lymph node, the circulation can help flush any infection and reduce swelling.
