You cannot become pregnant from this scenario. Sperm only survives a few minutes in open air. By the time you went to the bathroom, it was already dead. If it did somehow survive, which is not really possible, it would not be able to travel from your hands, over the toilet paper, past the tampon, past the cervix, and fertilize an egg. They are strong swimmers, but sperm cannot travel like that.
During intercourse, millions of sperm are ejaculated into the vagina. Then, just maybe, one of them will fertilize an egg. But keep in mind that there are only a few days after ovulation during which time the egg is able to be fertilized. Before or after that time, you will not become pregnant.
So, keep in mind that sperm are strong swimmers, but the conditions must be just right. Long story short: its impossible for you to become pregnant from this.
