First of all, you cannot be pregnant because you use birth control and condoms. Also because the pregnancy test was negative and your symptoms in generally are not pregnancy symptoms.
But you do have some symptoms that indicated possible infection and ovarian issues. Even though discoloration of vaginal discharge does not always indicated abnormality, green discharge is definitely a rare.
You need to get a pap smear/pelvic exam as soon as possible. An ultrasound will also detect any abnormalities of the ovaries.
