Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
Anorexia is a mental illness that causes a person to always believe they are fat no matter how thin they get. From what you say, it sounds more like you are worried about losing weight, not gaining weight. If you were anorexic you would be happy about the weight loss, not concerned that it might be a bad thing.
It is apparent that you are conscience about your weight which is not bad. And you like to eat healthy as opposed to fatty foods, which is also a good thing. Your attempt to lose weight from fear of pregnancy was also unrelated to feeling fat. Fluctuating weight can be intriguing and may be compelling you to weigh yourself. However, I'm not seeing that you have lost this weight intentionally.
With that being said, you do not need professional help. You are mentally healthy and simply noticing your body in a new way. I encourage you to explore the kind of eating habits that make you comfortable and keep noticing the changes in your body, but do not obsess over it.
